'Yoga to Revitalise' is taught according to the Sanskrit term, 'viniyoga'.Viniyoga means the appropiate application of yoga practice. It is about adapting yoga postures and practices to meet the psychological (mind) and physical (body) needs of each individual, so that they can work safely within their limits.

What kind of things do you practice?

Yoga practices revitalise the mind and body by linking movement with breath. Specific breathing techniques support and regulate movement of the body whilst also engaging, focussing and decluttering the mind. Working with the breath creates a greater awareness of one's body (and its limits), as well as one's state of mind.

“The benefits of yoga practice on the body are to relax areas of tension; exercise, strengthen and tone muscles; improve posture. The benefits of yoga practice on the mind are to relax, destress and declutter; improve concentration and focus; bring clarity and clearness towards oneself and situations that occur in everyday life.

As the benefits of yoga increase, individual parameters of awareness and limits change. These personal changes affect and alter the 'viniyoga' of yoga practice for each indivdual..........."
